This limited tasting experience offers access to both cellar-aged wines and magnums, each poured at its peak to showcase the depth, balance, and beauty that only time can create.
During the event, a highly limited selection of library wines and large-format bottles will be released for purchase, giving you the rare opportunity to taste first and secure something truly special for your holiday table.

Chefs for Vets Private Dinner Featuring Chef Eddie G
Thursday October 15th 7pm-10pm
Join us for a special evening supporting our veterans, featuring acclaimed Chef Eddie G and an unforgettable dining experience at Charkoal Brazilian Steakhouse.
Guests will enjoy Charkoal's signature rodízio-style service, with fire-roasted meats carved tableside by skilled gauchos, along with unlimited access to an expansive gourmet salad bar, imported cheeses, charcuterie, seasonal specialties, and traditional Brazilian side dishes.
The evening will feature Soul Brothers Meats and a tasting of Black Stallion Estate Winery wines, making this a celebration of great food, great wine, and an even greater cause.
