Our new Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, Sam Jasper, has joined Transcendent and Bucephalus in our Prestige Collection of wines. To create this flagship wine, Black Stallion’s Director of Winemaking, Ralf Holdenried enlisted noted consulting winemaker, Thomas Rivers Brown to collaborate on this singular 100% Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon that serves as both a tribute honoring generations past, and a signpost forward for generations to come. The name “Sam Jasper” was chosen to pay homage to the roots of the Indelicato family. Sam Jasper is a wine that takes all the best Napa has to offer and blends those characteristics into a singular Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon; a wine we are truly proud to offer, and which has already received 95 points from “The Wine Advocate”. This wine needs nothing but itself to impress even the most discerning wine aficionado.
