I authorize Black Stallion Estate Winery to charge my credit card in accordance with membership terms including applicable taxes and shipping charges. The automatic purchase agreement is continuous until cancelled and will be automatically charged to the card on the account. I understand I am required to purchase my first wine club selection and I will be automatically charged upon joining. I understand I will receive an email communication prior to my credit card being charged outlining the price and contents of my wine club shipment. I understand that any changes to my membership must be made at least two weeks prior to the next scheduled club shipment. I understand that all shipping charges are non-refundable, including charges resulting from returned packages, and that I am responsible for additional charges incurred for reshipped or rerouted packages. I also understand my club must have a valid and active credit card on file and be in good standing (current on wine club shipments) to be eligible for complimentary tastings, wine club events and special offer benefits. I understand by becoming a member, I am opting into marketing emails from Black Stallion Estate Winery. Membership, benefits, privileges, terms, and conditions of membership are subject to change and may be denied, modified, or terminated at any time, at the sole discretion of Black Stallion Estate Winery. We do not sell or share your personal information and keep it only as long as it is necessary to process your orders or membership or as otherwise indicated. We will retain your personal information for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy and as otherwise needed to comply with applicable laws and internal company policies.
