Year of the Horse Tasting Experience

Join us in celebrating the Year of the Horse with an exciting wine-pairing of Asian inspired cuisine prepared in house by our own in-house Estate Chef.

We invite you to enjoy a thoughtfully curated tasting of our estate wines, expertly paired with the bold and vibrant flavors often found in Asian cuisine—including spice, sweetness, acidity, fresh herbs, and umami. Discover how each of these elements interacts with and enhances the wines in unique and surprising ways.

Your experience begins with an Asian-inspired salad, house-made wontons, and dry-cured pork belly. From there, we encourage you to explore your own pairing journey. Have fun experimenting with a selection of thoughtfully curated sauces and flavor combinations to discover your personal favorites in this interactive and engaging tasting experience.

Price: $75/person (For guests 21 and older only)

Club Member Price: $60/person

Please note: We’re unable to accommodate children or pets in this experience.

Private Group Tasting

Our impressive Barrel Room is the setting for this wine tasting for groups of 9 or more. We’ll curate a selection of 4 limited-release, winery-only wines for your group. Your host will discuss the wines, the history of the winery, our vineyards and wine production, and will walk you into the Barrel Cellar (production activity permitting).

Thursday – Monday, by appointment, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm (last reservation at 3:30 pm)

  • Price: $75 per person, plus 15% recommended gratuity

Group Terrace Tasting

This wine tasting experience for groups of 9 or more is offered on our shaded patio. You’ll taste 4 limited-release, winery-only wines, and your host will discuss the wines, the history of the winery and the property, viticulture and wine production. You’ll also have the opportunity to visit our self-guided Demonstration Vineyard, just a few steps away from the patio. 

Thursday – Monday, by appointment, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm (last reservation at 3:30 pm)

  • Price: $65 per person, plus 15% recommended gratuity

Black Stallion Seated Wine Tasting

Take in the beauty of the Napa Valley, outdoors on our terrace and enjoy a flight of 4 Black Stallion wines at your reserved table. When you arrive for your appointment, you will select from a menu of curated wine tastings. You can also enhance your experience with a cheese and charcuterie pairing.

Thursday – Monday, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm (last reservation at 3:30 pm) Parties of 1 – 6 may book online. For groups of 7 or more, please call the tasting room at (707-227-3250) for availability.

Kindly note that reservations are recommended for this wine tasting. In times of inclement weather tastings will be hosted indoor. Please allow an hour to fully enjoy the tasting experience.

Wine Club Members Complimentary up to 4 guests

· Unbridled Elegance Tasting (Taste 4 of our most Prestigious Red Wines): $75/person

· Cheese and Charcuterie Pairing (serves two): $40/$30 for BSEW wine club members
