Join us for the inaugural Roots of the Valley — a celebration of the land, the legacy, and the remarkable families behind some of our favorite wines.

Set against the backdrop of the estate’s vineyards and gardens, spend the afternoon enjoying a curated tasting of our wines while connecting with a beloved group of Napa Valley winegrowers. Hear firsthand the stories of their vineyards — from the nuances of soil and seasons to the generations of dedication that shape every harvest. This is a rare opportunity to meet the stewards of the land whose passion and perseverance make each bottle possible.

With engaging conversation and an inspired selection of wines sourced from some of our most celebrated sites, the experience is rooted in authenticity, community, and a shared love of wine.

Extreme Winter Weather Update

We are continuing to monitor extreme winter weather that is impacting the Northeast and Midwest, including our New York and Missouri locations. Carrier service delays and disruptions from FedEx and UPS are expected.

Due to ongoing carrier disruptions and continued safety concerns for our team, we expect continued shipment delays out of our warehouse locations.

We will continue to prioritize the safety of our employees while working to minimize impacts to service. We appreciate your understanding as we navigate these conditions and will continue to provide updates as the situation evolves.

Perfect Pairings

This experience, designed by Winery Chef Britny Maureze, showcases how thoughtful pairings of food and wine can enhance flavors, textures and aromas. This relaxed, communal seated tasting features in-house baked focaccia and freshly curated fruit and vegetable-based spreads “Perfectly Paired” with a selection of 4 limited-production, award-winning wines.

* Reservations are required and are available for parties of 1 to 12.
* Due to limited seating all guests must be 21 and older.
* Please allow 75 minutes for the experience.
* We’re unable to accommodate children or pets in this experience
* Please inform us of any food allergies 24 hours in advance.

$75 per person / Wine Club Members $60 per person

Indoor Seated Wine Tasting

Enjoy a flight of four Black Stallion wines at your reserved table indoors in our tasting room!
When you arrive for your appointment, you will select from a menu of curated wine tastings. You can also enhance your experience with a cheese and charcuterie pairing.

Available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 10:00 am – 5:00 pm (last reservation at 3:30 pm) Parties of 1 – 4 may book online. For groups of 5 – 8, please call the tasting room at (707-227-3250) for availability.

As this is an indoor experience, please be aware we do not allow pets indoors, unless they are service animals.

Kindly note that reservations are required for this wine tasting. Please allow an hour to fully enjoy the tasting experience.

· Signature Tasting (Taste 4 Limited Production Winery Exclusive Wines): $55/person – Complimentary for Black Stallion Wine Club Members
· Prestige Tasting (Taste 4 of our most Prestigious Red Wines): $85/person – Complimentary for Black Stallion Prestige and Signature Members, 50% off for all other Black Stallion Wine Club Members
· Cheese and Charcuterie Pairing (serves two): $40/$30 for BSEW wine club members
