We invite you to enjoy a thoughtfully curated tasting of our estate wines, expertly paired with the bold and vibrant flavors often found in Asian cuisine—including spice, sweetness, acidity, fresh herbs, and umami. Discover how each of these elements interacts with and enhances the wines in unique and surprising ways.

Your experience begins with an Asian-inspired salad, house-made wontons, and dry-cured pork belly. From there, we encourage you to explore your own pairing journey.
