This port style dessert wine exudes richness, depth and intensity. Deeply colored and showcasing aromas of black fruits, coffee, caramel and tiramisu, it is smooth with soft tannins and balanced sweetness. The flavors include dark chocolate, clove, raspberry sauce and espresso.
This well-structured Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas and flavors of black current, plum, black berry, citrus peel and rose. The complex fruit is accented with cassis, baking spice, coffee, pepper and dark chocolate. The grapes for the 2007 vintage came primarily from the Atlas Peak, Calistoga and Oak Knoll districts. This Cabernet Sauvignon was blended to have complex flavors, elegant structure and balance.
This Cabernet was carefully blended from three different vineyard lots to create a fully balanced wine. Aromas of blackberry pie mingle with hints of violet and cassis. Flavors of deep cherry and plum break away to a long finish complimented by finely textured tannins.
This Reserve Cabernet is full of rich dark fruit and spice on the nose. On the palate, the wine has a seamless and soft entry, developed tannin rounded with a long, smooth finish. Only 24 barrels were produced.

The aroma components integrate beautifully with the rich, ripe, fruit flavors and subtle nuances of cocoa, spice and coffee. LIBRARY VINTAGE This Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of blackberry, brown sugar, tobacco, cedar and violet. Flavors on the palate show black cherry, baking spice and cocoa with finely structured tannins and a long, lingering finish.

This is our first vintage and release of our estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon. This elegant wine begins with aromas of black fruit, floral and cedar. Flavors of deep, ripe red and black fruit, with nuances of brown sugar and allspice are noted. This wine exhibits a full, well balanced palate, elegant tannins and a rich fruit concentration.
